چکیده
Background: The elements that are toxic to arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) and soil microorganisms, the levels at which they affect them, poorly known.
Objective: To quantify effects of: 1) aluminum added (0, 50 100 mg kg-1) 2) inoculation with AMF (two isolates without prior exposure aluminum, Acaulospora delicata Gigaspora margarita, native community of a contaminated Al, control AMF) on development mycelium hyphosphere-associated microbiota.
Methods: A system two compartments was used, central compartment in maize sown were inoculated side root passage, where only external exposed different concentrations Al. Al quantified fatty-acid biomar-ker 16:1w5.
Results conclusions: up kg-1, controlling pH soil, did not alter growth any HMA either or roots. Aluminum kg-1 have direct effect microbiota.

Enhancing Tolerance to Salinity Stress in Poncirus trifoliata L. Using Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi
Citrus fruits are susceptible to salinity. In the present study, the reaction of trifoliate sour orange (Poncirus trifoliata L.) to the salinity stress at the presence of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) was investigated. Forty-day-old seedlings were inoculated with three species of AMF in combinations including Glomus mosseae + Glomus intraradices, Glomus mosseae + Glomus hoi, Glomus intrar...
متن کاملEffects of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi on Growth and Nutrient Uptake of Apple Rootstocks in Calcareous Soil
The effects of three Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) species (Glomus versiforme, Claroideoglomus etunicatum and Rhizophagus intraradices) were studied on the growth parameters and nutrient uptake of three apple rootstocks (M.9, M.7 and MM.106). The soil medium contained a high level of calcium carbonate (38.65%). The results showed that AMF inoculation could increase almost all growth parame...

The application of Pb inhibited the development of mycelia of the saprobe fungi Fusarium concolor and Trichoderma koningii and the hyphal length of the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AM) Glomus mosseae and G. deserticola in vitro. The application to soil of 1500mg kg−1 of Pb decreases the dry weight, total N, P, Mg and Fe concentration and chlorophyll content of the shoot of E. globulus no inocu...
متن کاملContribution of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal and Saprobe Fungi to the Aluminum Resistance of Eucalyptus globulus
Aluminum in acidic conditions is toxic to plants. Aluminum tolerance in some plant species has been ascribed to arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal symbiosis. In this study, the application of aluminum was found to inhibit mycelia development of saprobe fungi Fusarium concolor and Trichoderma koningii and the hyphal length of the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi Glomus mosseae and Glomus deserticola in v...
متن کاملDiversity of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and Their Roles in Ecosystems
Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) have mutualistic relationships with more than 80% of terrestrial plant species. This symbiotic relationship is ancient and would have had important roles in establishment of plants on land. Despite their abundance and wide range of relationship with plant species, AMF have shown low species diversity. However, molecular studies have suggested that diversity of...
